The fifth invoice does not trigger a charge. An active subscription or unused free allowance is required to create more invoices. You can still view existing invoices and track their payments after your paid plan ends.
An invoice counts once, when Shopify creates it, even if its email fails. Previews and attempts that fail before an invoice is created do not count. Resending an invoice, copying its link, payments and refunds do not change your allowance. If Shopify has not confirmed creation, we hold one free invoice while we check.
Your app subscription is billed in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes. Shipping fees are paid by your customers in your store’s currency. Shopify payment-provider charges are separate.
Supports stores using South African rand (ZAR), British pounds (GBP), US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR), with shipping tax disabled. Setup checks whether your store qualifies.
